Breakfast Today

Ini lah sarapan aku pagi tadi. Simple yet very nutritious. Sorry abang tak sempat prepare untuk abang.


Mixed salad with seedless guava, tomato, capsicum & salad sprout. No thousand island dressing but I put coleslaw dressing instead. Kira ok la. But forgot to mix with olive oil. But the taste still yummy.




My favourite sprout. I would take this first before anything else. Unfortunately abang tak suka sangat. He likes the pure white one without the greeny leaves. Lain kali we choose that one eh abang.




Capsicum yang abang tanam. This is the last piece yang ada kat dalam fridge. Soon kalau buahnya dah matured bleh petik. 2 atau 3 hari lagi kot.


2 biji telur 3/4 masak. I don't like boil egg. Neither full boil, 1/2 boil or 3/4 boil. But lately abang eat 1/2 boil almost everyday. Sometimes he eats raw egg. Huaaa...So I'm thinking of trying. No harm pun kan and I begin to love the taste, and of course the nutrition that counts.



2 pcs of honey hotdog. Yummy sangat. Nutriplus brand. No wonder bila tengok iklan tu kat tv very tempting. Worth buying.





Tak sabar nak makan


After meal.....Licin pinggan aku. Ni aku sorang. Kalau makan dengan abang lagi best...Berlumba-lumba.

  2. mila..aku igt kambing jek makan camtu..haha..diet kah?? itew tomato bley masuk ke mkn camtu? nape ko xwatkan masa aku dtg aritu, pastu leh aku wat kat umah lak..konyang kah??

  3. ala..iszan...setakat breakfast.kira kenyang la.aku cuba mendietkan diri, tapi malangnya lom success lagi.tomato tu sedap la..makan dgn dressing.mkn cenggitu pon ok juga.
